Joey Schenck and Matt Guignon grew up in the Fenton area and played football together at Truman State University.
Their real estate careers began in 2018. As they acquired, managed, improved, and transacted on investment property, their partnership grew through actual deals—not a pitch deck. Today, they work full-time as local investors and operators and serve clients as agents with Invest STL.
Matt leads much of the firm’s acquisitions, underwriting, market positioning, and transaction strategy. Joey brings an operating, systems, relationship, and execution focus shaped by years in technology sales and hands-on ownership.
